What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Delivery Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will review and ensure the quality of annotators' work, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback to enhance team performance. You will collaborate closely with the Delivery Lead and Project Management team to maintain high standards and achieve project objectives. As part of a dynamic company at the forefront of AI and machine learning, you will play a critical role in supporting our commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Quality Assurance: Review annotators’ work against project guidelines and provide feedback to maintain standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and communicate improvement areas for coaching.
  • Guideline Management: Spot ambiguities and edge cases in project guidelines and collaborate with Delivery Leads and Project Managers to resolve them.
  • Process Optimization: Help revise and update quality assurance and annotation standards in collaboration with the management team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of individual annotators’ quality performance to support performance reviews.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in briefings to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with goals.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Perform tasks such as annotations, training, and onboarding new annotators as needed.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to deliver high-quality work. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Education: A graduation degree in any discipline.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience with startups is an advantage.
  • Mindset: A team player who is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

  • Location: Sector 3, Uttara, Dhaka (Hybrid: Office & Work-from-Home)
  • Salary: 70 BDT per effective hour
  • Working Days and Hours:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Office)
    • Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Remote)
  • Device Requirements: Must have a functional laptop with:
    • Core i3 processor
    • 8 GB RAM
