About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sr.Sales and Customer Success Associate to join our team. This hybrid role focuses on identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for sales, client engagement, and adaptability in a fast-paced tech environment.

What You’ll Do:  

Sales Development:  

  • Identify and engage new sales opportunities, primarily through email outreach.
  • Drive and execute sales processes with a customer-centric approach.

Client Engagement:  

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction and promote our solutions.

Customer Success:  

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to enhance the client experience.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Client Meetings::  

  • Participate in and lead client meetings during and outside of standard work hours when necessary.

Who You Are:

Core Competencies:

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities, with the confidence to build client relationships.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and exposure to tech startups, AI, or SaaS environments.
  • Problem-Solving & Empathy: Ability to understand and address client challenges,fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Proactive in improving processes and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role, preferably in AI, machine learning, or data annotation industries.
  • Experience in a startup or B2B tech environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data annotation services is preferred.
