What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Recruitment & HR Operations)/HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will specialize in recruitment and HR operations to ensure efficient processes and a seamless employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping a dynamic and inclusive workplace at Quantigo AI.

Key Responsibilities:  

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:  

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment tracking systems with up-to-date and accurate candidate information.
  • Support onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.

HR Operation:

  • Assist in managing HR processes, including employee records, attendance, and benefits administration.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, safeguarding confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline operations and implement process improvements.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate regular HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee data, and key performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable insights based on HR data to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and address any system-related issues.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while offering guidance on HR-related legal matters.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR processes, recruitment, and policies.
  • Participate in employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with 4-6 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations who brings a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills:

Desired Characteristics::

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Skills :

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems, and operations.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
    • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Mindset: A data-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
