Position Overview:

In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Customer Success Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our Sales and Customer Success team, gaining exposure to various aspects of the sales process and customer support strategies.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct various industry research projects, such as market research.
  • Assist in the preparation of client invoices.
  • Support the customer success team in the daytoday management of client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross functional teams internally to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting minutes and other relevant documents.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as and when required to enhance professional development.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ideally enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Need to be tech savvy.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus.

  • BDT 7000 per month .
  • Experience Certificate.

Internship Duration: 3 months

Working Days: Monday – Friday (Hybrid)

Working Hours: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (Work from Office) & 10:00 pm – 2:00 am (Work from Home)
