Sales and Customer Success Associate

Responsibilities:  

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, predominantly through email outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, pain points, and ensuring their success through the use of our services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Success: Support the customer success team to ensure clients are satisfied with our solutions at all times.
  • Participation and Management of Client Meetings: Candidate must be willing and relied upon to take client meetings both within and outside of work hours if and when.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding and implementation of sales processes and customer-centric approaches.
  • Energetic and Outgoing Communicator: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability and keenness to initiate conversations and build relationships with clients at all times.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, and a strong understanding and/or exposure within a fast-paced tech startup, AI or SaaS-based environment.
  • Enthusiasm and Ownership: Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in our current sales processes and client engagement strategies. Demonstrate ownership over assigned responsibilities and a proactive mindset to continuously learn about the industry’s latest trends.
  • Empathy: Strong problem-solving skills and keen interest to thoroughly understand and solve a client’s challenges and pain points, which helps in building trust and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within the team and interdepartmentally to ensure smooth alignment of business goals.
  • Adaptability and Effective Time Management: Ability to thrive and enjoy working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.

 

Educational Qualification and Other Requirements:

  • Graduation Degree from any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Experience in working with a start-up will be an advantage.
  • Good english communication skills.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data annotation services.

 

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the AI, machine learning, or computer vision industries.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing B2B tech company.
  • Familiarity with data annotation services.

 

Working Conditions:

Regular exposure to competing and/or simultaneous deadlines, unpredictable or urgent assignments, and multiple reporting relationships.
