What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of data annotation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless client communication. In this role, you will manage production workflows, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively address project challenges to drive efficiency and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and contribute to shaping our annotation operations' efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:  

Project Planning & Execution:  

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
  • Oversee resource allocation and monitor production timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the Service Operations team, Delivery team, and Quality team for smooth execution.
  • Provide proactive support in resolving project bottlenecks and escalations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
  • Communicate progress on production, quality, and resourcing initiatives to all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage client communications, expectations, and feedback in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Be responsible for client retention, adoption, and satisfaction while identifying opportunities for additional value-added services.

Quality Control & Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, including accuracy thresholds and turnaround times.
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to implement best practices and optimize annotation workflows.
  • Support internal teams with transparent project management and reporting.

Team Training & Performance Improvement:

  • Participate in training annotators, reviewers, and project leads, providing continuous feedback
  • Identify performance gaps and coach team members to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by tracking emerging trends and best practices in annotation operations.

Process Optimization & Risk Management:

  • Identify areas for workflow optimization, automation, and process improvements.
  • Mitigate project risks by implementing proactive solutions to avoid delays and quality issues.
  • Maintain operational and technical knowledge of Quantigo AI products and annotation tools.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with 3–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in data annotation, AI/ML, or BPO industries, who brings strong leadership and organizational skills to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Education: : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing projects in relevant industries.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills to coordinate between delivery, quality, and service teams.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, updates, and escalations.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Experience leading and mentoring annotators, reviewers, and project leads.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to train and upskill team members to improve performance.

Quality Orientation & Performance Monitoring:

  • Data-driven approach to monitor and improve annotation accuracy.
  • Ability to generate and analyze project reports for performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and error mitigation strategies.

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT, Supervisely) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Awareness of AI/ML data processing and annotation workflows.
