What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Project Delivery Lead L-2 to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project requirements are clearly documented and delivered with efficiency and accuracy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project workflows, quality standards, and overall client satisfaction. This position requires strong project management expertise, client-facing skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:  

Client & Stakeholder Management:  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding and documenting project requirements.
  • Maintain regular client follow-ups, providing updates and seeking clarifications when needed
  • Identify and escalate edge cases or challenges to clients and update documentation accordingly.

Project Planning & Workflow Management:

  • Monitor and review annotations in real time, ensuring alignment with project guidelines.
  • Perform spot checks on final datasets before delivery to maintain quality standards.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and provide actionable insights for efficiency improvements.

Training & Documentation:

  • Maintain internal documentation processes for project guidelines, workflows, and updates, ensuring easy access and version control.
  • Develop detailed training documentation for long-term projects.
  • Participate in training annotators and team members, providing continuous feedback.

Process Optimization & Reporting:

  • Participate in post-project retrospectives, documenting key learnings and suggesting workflow enhancements.
  • Prepare and present Project Completion Reports and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure continuous process improvement by collaborating with management on quality assurance and annotation standards.

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone with 3–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in data annotation or AI/ML, who brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to the team. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing projects in relevant industries.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to generate and analyze project reports for performance tracking..

  • Experience leading and mentoring annotators and team members.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

Adaptability & Risk Management:

  • Ability to manage and mitigate project risks to ensure success
  • Proficiency in adapting workflows and processes based on project needs.
