Job Overview:

In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are looking to hire a Delivery Lead to join our team. The incumbent will work closely with the Delivery Manager and implement strategies to improve the quality of the project. They will work closely with the team and fulfill the project’s objectives.

Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics. Ensure the team has a thorough understanding of each project's objectives and requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met and the team stays aligned with goals.
  • Track project progress through detailed reports and metrics. Monitor team performance against personal and project targets, providing timely feedback and corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all completed tasks meet Quantigo AI’s quality standards. Regularly conduct quality assessments and lead coaching sessions to address any issues, drive improvement, and support team development.
  • Implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and throughput while maintaining or enhancing project quality. Continuously seek innovative solutions to enhance team productivity and the overall delivery process.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Ensure each team member is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and the Delivery Manager/management. Provide regular updates on project status, accomplishments, challenges, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Actively participate in identifying project challenges and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all internal processes and external compliance standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR) across the delivery team.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Delivery Manager on project progress, team performance, and potential risks or roadblocks. Keep senior management informed of critical issues as they arise.
  • Constantly evaluate processes and suggest improvements to optimize team efficiency and increase overall project quality.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager or senior management to support the successful completion of projects and overall business objectives.

Educational Requirements:

Graduation or Post Graduation Degree from any reputed university preferably in Computer Science or Business background.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Ecosystem.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working with any Data Annotation(Computer Vision industry, Image Annotation, AI&ML) company.
  • Minimum 1.5-3 years experience in managing a team of 25-40 team members who are handling image annotation and data labeling projects.
  • Experience in working with a start-up will be an advantage.
