Job Overview:

In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are looking to hire a Delivery Lead to join our team. The incumbent will work closely with the Delivery Manager and implement strategies to improve the quality of the project. They will work closely with the team and fulfill the project’s objectives.

Responsibilities:  

  • Help to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with other stakeholders. Have a thorough understanding of each project's objectives and goals, ensuring all team members have the resources needed.
  • Developing progress reports regarding ongoing projects and possible obstacles facing a project.
  • Implement strategies that will improve the throughput or quality of the project.
  • Monitor and report progress on performance, provide feedback and take appropriate corrective action. Ensure that personal targets and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that completed tasks meet quality expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments and coaching; offering constructive feedback, which will include QA feedback sessions and continuously developing quality.
  • Work closely with the team members to ensure that the project objectives are met.
  • Keep the Delivery Manager/Management informed of schedules, priorities.
  • Accomplishments & ongoing issues, participate in achieving resolutions to identified issues.
  • Ensuring that the project delivery deadlines are met.
  • Try to come up with innovative ideas to increase the efficiency of the team and increase the overall quality.
  • Report to the Delivery Manager regarding the project progress and issues on a regular basis.
  • Oversee and confirm that all the members are performing their responsibilities accordingly.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required and assist the immediate manager.

Educational Requirements:

Graduation or Post Graduation Degree from any reputed university preferably in Computer Science or Business background.

 

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Ecosystem.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience working with any BPO company.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in managing a team of 25-40 team members.
  • Experience in working with a start-up will be an advantage.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
