Job Overview:

As part of Quantigo AI’s LLM (Large Language Model) team, we are seeking highly competent individuals to embark on as Advanced AI Data Trainers specialized for our latest LLM project. This critical role will enable you to further expand your experience within the AI and machine learning space, helping to develop training data for LLM capabilities and AI models to read, write, and identify meaning. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects at the forefront of artificial intelligence for cutting-edge tech companies across the world. Job Responsibilities:  

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each project and workflow, and how the training data impacts the accuracy and functionality of the model.
• Strictly follow all instructions from the client and annotate as per agreed-upon requirements and guidelines.
• Regularly collaborate with the client to streamline the project process and gain a deep understanding of their goals and needs, ensuring alignment with the larger vision of the projects.
• Maintain timely delivery and high-quality work at all times, reflecting that each task contributes to the broader goal of creating a robust and reliable AI model.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the client and proactively communicate suggestions and ways to improve the effectiveness of the project workflow and training data where necessary, considering the long-term implications for model development.
• Maintain ownership of each assignment and be prepared to deliver tasks on a daily basis to the client.
• Respond efficiently to changes in procedure or guidelines whenever required, whilst demonstrating a strong understanding of how these changes might influence the overall project outcomes and model performance.
• Identify and document edge cases coherently to discuss with the client throughout the projects, and provide clearly written rationale of the analysis through effectively communicating your thinking and reasoning, considering how these cases might affect the success of the model.
• Self-review and improve completed work instinctively as part of the QA process and execute revisions of annotations as expected, to drive continuous improvement.
• The candidate must take responsibility for their work and commit to delivering high-level quality of work consistently or risk replacement.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous work experience of at least 2 years or more in LLM and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP) roles, with a deep understanding and interest in the AI/ML training pipeline and workflow.
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BSc, or a related field. Candidates with a major in Linguistics and/or a field focused on AI, NLP or LLM are highly preferred.
• IELTS score of 7 or higher/ CEFR C1 level or higher.

You should have the ability to work under deadline pressure and manage working with competing and/or simultaneous priorities and project deadlines.

Compensation: Negotiable.

Working Days: Monday-Friday (Hybrid)
