Job Overview:

In preparation for Quantigo AI’s new phase of growth, we are looking to hire an AI Training Specialist to join our team. The incumbent will be collaborating with the Service Operations team and identifying the training needs of the new joiners and existing ones in different teams. The role is to ensure the best learning experience for all of our resources and assist the improvement efforts of the teams. The ideal candidate needs to have experience working in an AI/BPO company.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Design and develop training materials and curriculums tailored for data annotators, covering various annotation tasks (e.g., image, text, audio).
• Create engaging training modules, including presentations, manuals, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
• Ensure training content is current with industry standards and AI technologies.
• Conduct virtual training sessions for new and existing data annotators, ensuring they understand and apply annotation guidelines and best practices.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and Q&A sessions to address specific challenges and questions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to annotators as needed.
• Schedule and facilitate appropriate training sessions.
• Assess the performance of data annotators through evaluations and feedback.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training interventions.
• Monitor and report on the progress of trainees and the effectiveness of training programs.
• Work closely with project managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective training programs.
• Regularly update the Country Director, Service Operations on training progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure training aligns with quality standards and project objectives.
• Maintain a database of all training materials and trained data annotators.
• Engage trained annotators in projects based on their performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science or Business.
• 2-3 years’ proven experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a data annotation or AI environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data annotation processes.
• Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques.
• Experience with remote training tools and platforms.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are a must.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Contractual.
