What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will specialize in Payroll, Recruitment and HR operations to ensure efficient processes and a seamless employee experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shaping a dynamic and inclusive workplace at Quantigo AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and overtime calculations.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and HR reporting using HRIS/HRMS tools.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and provide support to maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in managing HR processes, including employee records, attendance, and benefits administration.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation, safeguarding confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and performance tracking.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback sessions to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
- Manage offboarding processes, including system access revocation, asset return, and exit formalities.
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems with up-to-date and accurate candidate information.
- Support onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate regular HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee data, and key performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights based on HR data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and address any system-related issues.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies while offering guidance on HR-related legal matters.
- Address employee queries regarding HR processes, recruitment, and policies.
- Participate in employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in payroll, recruitment and HR operations who brings a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills:
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in Payroll & Recruitment.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll, recruitment & employee related letters.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Mindset: A data-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
